The advantage of this spacer construction, similar to the frameless glass door, is the huge benefit of energy saving. An open case requires a lot more refrigerant cooling to maintain good product temperatures, while a close door maintains the temperature.
The advantage of the acrylic door is it is a lot lighter than glass and virtually unbreakable. Our soft close hinges are sleek in design and have over 1 million lab tests completed on the opening and closing cycles. We used the highest quality cast acrylic with excellent UV stability as well as condensation free with tests on climate 3 class.
